Delivery & Shipping Policy

Lucida Travel Egypt provides passenger transportation and private transfer services across Egypt. We do not sell or ship physical products through this website. References to “delivery” in this policy mean the delivery and fulfilment of a booked transportation service.
Service Delivery
The service is delivered by assigning a vehicle and driver to the pickup location, date, and time selected or agreed during booking. Customers must provide accurate pickup, destination, passenger, luggage, contact, and travel details.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed after the booking details have been accepted and the required payment has been successfully processed. Confirmation may be sent by email, phone, or WhatsApp using the contact information supplied by the customer.
No Physical Shipping
No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping or courier charges apply. Any amount shown at checkout relates to the selected transportation service and any clearly disclosed service-related charges.
Customer Availability
The customer is responsible for being available at the agreed pickup location and time and for providing a reachable telephone or WhatsApp number. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or prevent service delivery.
Changes, Delays, and Exceptional Circumstances
Travel times may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, flight changes, government restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If we need to change a confirmed booking, we will use the contact details provided to notify the customer and offer a reasonable alternative where possible.
Service Not Provided by Lucida
If Lucida Travel Egypt cannot provide a confirmed and paid service and no acceptable alternative is agreed, the customer will be entitled to a full refund to the original payment method.
